It's fair enough to have a list of things you require from a potential partner. I have developed such a list over the course of my life.

The more specific it becomes, then the less potential partners there are, of course. So it's about how much you're willing to compromise.

There are some things I would never compromise on. So if all the things you mentioned are things that you wouldn't either, then it's a respectable position but sadly it's unlikely anyone will fit the bill. Not impossible, of course.
