For me, any maligning of a whole cultural group because of the real or perceiced attributes of a single member or sub-set of that group is racism. And what Wooters did was malign the whole of the Irish cultural group because of an attribute he imagines I have.

Plus it's always funny listening to his butthurt whining.

Even if the group isn't a race?

Race isn't really a great term consideing most of hunanity's genetic variability is contained within Africa, and most "races" have only superficial differences. I much prefer to think within culutural groupings (some of which are sub-groups of larger groupings, e.g. I'm Irish a Celtic sub-group which is itself part of the larger West European group).
