Largely because he's a black democrat. He's a corporatist, and we've been at war during his entire run as a president. They don't like that he made peace deals with Iran and Cuba. They don't like that he implemented the affordable healthcare act, despite that it's a largely republican plan. They don't want the first black presidency to be successful, so they've been fighting him nonstop. And some people fear they'd do the same thing to "socialist" Bernie Sanders. Although I think Bernie has more of a spine than Obama, and would make sure more got done, because he'd be more likely to whip democrats into shape and drag republicans through the mud for their obstructionism.
