You see, if you're walking down the street and a guy says "Hey, buddy..." you don't know if his next words will be "stick 'em up" or "do you know the time." If you whip your gun out and its the latter you're going to look pretty stupid. In fact, I wouldn't let someone like that own a gun.
If it's the former and he already has his gun out...it's too late. This isn't Hollywood. It's reality.
