Re false things being inserted into the bible, my question still stands. Why would a perfect being allow that to stand.

I don't think the bible is fiction, it is fiction. The two creation myths, fiction; the Egyptian captivity, fiction; the conquest of Canaan, fiction; the flood, fiction; the jewish kingdom, fiction; the life of Yeshua, fiction; the lives of the disciples, fiction.

What do you think about the relatively popular absolute truth discussion and how may you think that compares to saying The Bible is fiction ?
