Because the quran addresses Abu Lahab by name. Or doesn't it? According to all translations I've seen it uses the specific name Abu Lahab.
I've never read the story of pharaoh and I have no intention of doing because I find the quran very boring. The only time I ever read it was to debate Islam. But then I'd find myself getting into discussions like this, about why would I assume a chapter is about a person only because the person is addressed directly by name.
