Problem with Alerts

I'm not receiving alerts when at least one board member (that I know of) quotes me in threads; I just happen upon them as I'm browsing the forums. I have no idea if it's limited to one person's posts, or if I've received other responses that I'm unaware of. I checked my alert settings to see I'd inadvertently changed any of them. All of the options were checked off as before, including the option to alert me when one of my posts is quoted. I don't currently have anyone on Ignore, and never have. Not sure what the issue is:
