This is of course word games.
"Dead" can mean being in a state where it's impossible to come back to life.
Or you can be declared "dead" going by some specific criteria.
In the first instance, if a doctor says you are dead and you come back to life, they were simply wrong.
In the second instance, there's no guarantee any particular criteria is enough to establish the impossibility of recovery. And clearly, whatever criteria they came back from, it wasn't enough.
