Can you also give evidence that by looking at his-her consciousness you know that they are humans.

According to religious people devil is the guy down in their created hell that torture sinners for eternity.
To me devil is a way to describe someone whose consciousness has sunk in the sewer.
In other words it means that he-she no longer deserve to be called human.
My belief is that in the next reincarnation he-she will have to be reborn in an animal body or worse
in the matter.
But again this is my belief.
