Now, calling it a contribution is irrelevant as political contributions are not tax deductible anyway so this is all a rather pointless money-laundering scheme. I suppose it will enable him to point to his suddenly "improved" fundraising which was pretty dismal up to this point and is still pretty dismal if you consider the source of this $46.1 million.
