NATO right now does same thing by attacking midget counties compared to it with ultra modern technology for no particular reason(policing the world isn't a good enough raeson to bombard unprovoked).

NATO does no such things. The pessimist in me is adding, as of now. The US did some dubious interventions, with dubious ways of detaining whom the captured. But no labor camps involved. NATO sometimes jumped in after the fact, sometimes some NATO countries follwed suit. But never has the whole alliance conducted a full blown capaign. Not even in 1999.
