Hey, how did I miss this thread? Oh yeah, I was in New Orleans. The finals took place the day after the big wedding. I got to see most of it (
) while ostensibly visiting with the groom and his parents on the last day all would be in town. The groom's mom wouldn't get the conflict of a silly basketball game vs such a social opportunity. She was right ... and wrong. But I took in as much as I could.
But Duranchula, Curry, Green and Thompson along with Igoudala and Livingston, their one pick this year and their one pick last year coming back from surgery. If it is true they will sign the old center from the Mavericks and a rookie who went undrafted, well that just leaves about five spots to fill. I liked a lot of the pieces from last year but continuity will be the biggest loss this off season, followed by Bogut and Harrison Barnes. Ezeli too of course along with the Brazilian duo and Mo Buckets too.
Still, what a starting unit. If last year's draft pick comes back from surgery to become a good player, forget about it. I like our chances.
