Kit. It's a simple as this. If I ask you to pick a colour. How will go about determining what colour to "randomly" pick?
Do you have a rng in your head? No. Your subconscious processes does the picking a split second before "you" do.

If you're trying to tell me you have no subconscious or that you are in total control of your subconscious, then you are being pig headed. Fair enough.
