The hard left was all about 9/11 truth while George Bush was in office. To the point that Noam Chomsky said that he felt alone on the left in dismissing them as nonsense. Your question is ridiculous, but no, nobody claimed George Bush was born in Kenya. Similarly outrageous and stupid attacks were made against him though.
