I'm an atheist, Type 1.
I have friends who are casual theists. Most of them give very little thought to religion in their daily lives; they may hunker down in prayer when shit hits the fan and, and that's about it. They don't preach, harass, or harangue people into accepting their beliefs.
They engage in the same shit atheists do. They're not stupid. They know how to "logic", and they're not crazy. The vast majority of Christian theists I know are NOT fundamentalist wack-jobs seeking to encroach on secular freedoms, and see their God's will be done.
They're just regular people who don't want to stay dead.
