I actually agree with this. Even people with poorly broken verbal English skills would know better than to write English this way.

It's google translator. The guy is using insults and expressions which may make sense in his own language, but translated by a machine come out as comedy gems, such as " falsely puffed up street dog"... LOL... That's a good one.
