I can say I don't think there's a creator. The claim that there is one doesn't seem to be based on anything but a lack of capacity to imagine important things occurring without personal agency; and that's not enough to convince me.

You could say there is no intelligence, but it wouldn't be true. It's not even a thing that it makes sense to say. I must have some intelligence, or I wouldn't be able to type my replies to you. Perfect recall is not an expected feature of human intellect.
