She didn't outright call Director Comey a liar, but she did completely misrepresent what he said. Her inability to fully accept what she did was wrong is one of the reasons why I'm not voting for her.

"Director Comey said my answers were truthful, and what I’ve said is consistent with what i have told the American people"

That's not even remotely what he said, and rightly earned a "pants on fire" rating from Politifact:
