Yes, and it seems to me that this sort of thing is like one thread in the Gauntlet wherein the guy asked the forumers to prove that 9/11 wasn't a conspiracy by the government, and then he asked people to summarise the information on the website provided without bothering to narrow down what he wanted to disprove.
That said, that guy didn't last long here, but Frodo's been here for longer than I have been.
