You're never going to see it, even if we had it. No one will..because it's release would identify the source.....which would itself be the product of espionage...and we';d rather have whomever or whatever we have in place, in place..and clandestinely collecting data....while -also- availing ourselves of the just-as-effective accusation and suspicion.
