Personally I would never ever call anyone a "fat cunt" ever for whatever reason. I had an ex-roommate who was a massive cunt of a person who happened to be fat but despite emotional and verbal abuse from her for a year and four months I never did and never would call her a "fat cunt" or anything like that. Nor would I call anyone it for the same reason I would never call anyone a "black cunt", a "gay cunt", or whatever. Take your pick.
