All of this talk that people can just sleep around as long as they are consenting adults and no one gets hurt, seems not to be grounded in reality. I would agree with this if the statement were "people can sleep with whomever they want, whenever they want, because no one will get hurt."
I don't really care who is banging away at who. What I witness everyday is the aftermath of children being born outside of marriage. In my world I see dozens of households where one parent is missing. Rarely is it the mother. It seems that when something goes askew that the woman is most often the person left to shoulder the bulk of the burden.
I suppose you guys can resume your discussion on the "C" word now.
Parents TOGETHER can screw up their kids just as bad though. How about the couple a few weeks back that took off to play Pokemon Go and left their two year old outside in 90 degree weather with no water for 90 minutes? That child would have been objectively better off with one parent who actually cared about him versus two who don't...
