Whew! I am sorry if this post is out of context but I have been gorging on cheesecake and porn. At least it was feminist porn! I will try and read back and reply more thoughtfully next time. BTW! I make a very simple and luscious cheesecake topping: raspberries , just enough sugar to get them macerating, and a couple of drops of decent cognac. Let marinate for a few hours while you get down to business. For those recovering leave off the brandy.
