I was unhappy because I accidentally booked a holiday over a day where I'd be getting double pay.
Then this new guy was sat in front of me on the phone to the schedualers while they tried to convince him into working that day and he was saying no for god knows what reason, he's new so I guess he's being cautious or he doesn't know you get paid double, either way, a bit of a bad move I think.
I picked up the phone directly after he hung up, secured the shift I accidentally lost that he'd just turned down where I'll be getting paid double, plus got another shift ontop of that.

It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.
Impersonation is treason.
