The beliefs you've described thusfar don't sound particularly logical, predictive, evidenced based, or scientific. They do sound like run of the mill new-age reconstructionism.
In just -this- thread, you've expressed a belief that poor diet is the root cause of depression..which no amount of self help, drugs, or therapy can fix....and that you can fly, ffs.
