Atheists just don't think there can be a magical sky daddy and we use science. Science is something anyone can use.
And according to atheism there isn't a sky daddy, that's it. You don't a have to believe the universe came out of nowhere (unless you're Lawrence Krauss).
And there's a universe and there's a theory (scientific theory, yes there's a difference.) that exists which allows the universe to go on in an infinite series and most of the math seems just fine.

No we don't struggle to build consciousness. The universe and nature struggles for us.

And dolphins are conscious, so are monkeys and a few other animals.

2) I never said "all"... I said theists. Theist alone implies a generalization.
I didn't say all theists are dicks.

3) No they don't... Give me one fucking example. If we didn't generalize, most of us would be dead. An example would be if some people didn't generalize that some segregated neighborhoods are segregated for a reason, they could have been dead.
However generalizing mental conditions lead to stigma.
