Edited for clarity:
Immoral as an act of damaging another man's property, NOT as an immoral sexual act against the victim. Before Huggy starts dropping bible verse bombs all over the place.
You do realize that there is a situation in the bible where a man rapes his half-sister and her brother kills him (killed his own half brother) in retaliation?
That's one story.
What about the law in Deuteronomy 22:28-29 stating that if a man rapes a woman, he has to pay the father 50 pieces of silver (yes, a man's daughter is his property) and he is forced to marry her and he will never be allowed to divorce her.
Seriously, please tell me that you don't actually believe this is moral.
Sorry, but only a lunatic would come up with this 'solution'.
You'd believe if you just opened your heart" is a terrible argument for religion. It's basically saying, "If you bias yourself enough, you can convince yourself that this is true." If religion were true, people wouldn't need faith to believe it -- it would be supported by good evidence.
