Part of the problem is that I know a fair number of 12 year-olds, my daughter being one of them. While you've done SOME things that make me think you're 12, like making 20 new threads about nothing just because nobody stopped you, you've also done things that I don't think are typical of 12 year-olds-- for example, using derogatory language in a new social environment. Maybe the 12 year-olds I know are just more innocent and better-mannered than you. I don't think it's right for someone that age to come onto forums and start calling adults "dicks" for example, whether they are or aren't. But hey, that's just me.
If you are 12, then I'd agree with the others here that you seem intelligent, and I hope that your inclusion in these forums, with all the old-age bitterness against life that old fogeys have, won't negatively influence your view on the world. It's fun to be 12, unless you decide that it's not fun.
