It was quite similiar to and most likely was a fever but without the intense sweating and on top of the fever I also had a cold. I still feel a bit "fevery", if I don't have a hoodie or something on, I'll get the occasional fever chills, but I'm feeling much better atm. So no worries, I'd say.
