Sometime I also fantasize but mainly when I sleep and in my dreams.
I just can not avoid it but when I am awake I avoid as much as I can.
If the mind is not kept under control it become like a mad monkey that jump very fast from
tree to tree as if it is hunted and chased by a monster.
I think that by letting the conscious mind to rest she will surely be more able to extract more knowledge from the subconscious mind.
If your mind jumps "very fast" from topic to topic, you should see a doctor. That's not normal.
A restful mind is good for some things and bad for others. Rushing to embrace one or the other is irrational and probably harmful in the long run.
