It's disgusting and appalling behavior and that arrogant bastard should be relieved of his position by his employer for blatant misuse of funds.
unfortunately C C sacking him would mean an opportunity for another " arrogant bastard " to get the job, probably on a salary greater than the £270k p.a. plus expenses of course that it currently yields. They would justify it by saying they have to pay top dollar to get " the right person ".
