First of all, China didn't train terrorists to fly airliners into buildings. Saudi did.

No one trained them to fly into buildings. Americans trained them to fly (without bothering to learn to land!), and one branch of Islam indoctrinated them to think that their actions were justifiable.

Saudi Arabia did not train these guys to do anything.
