Imagine how we Charlotteans feel when we were 'the cause' of this bullshit in the first place by actually putting protections for trans people in place.

Kansas, Louisiana, Wisconsin are also all examples of what happens because people simply do not vote in sufficient numbers.
We're working on educating everyone we can here in Charlotte about how much local elections matter. It's hard to convince people that just because the Presidential election sucks they shouldn't forget their city administrators.
