And you can't even police the issue with trans people. As I've said many times before, you can convincingly pass as the opposite sex on hormone treatment alone even if you still have your birth genitals. If you're going to send transmen to the female bathroom based on them having vaginas, you're sending in a lot of men with a male muscle structure, facial hair and all the other social markers of manhood into a womens' toilet just because they have a vagina under their clothes (which nobody can see anyway, so for all intents and purposes it's just another man with clothes on). And that blows the whole argument of "it's to make women feel more secure".
I agree, with just about everything you have said... and it is also where I take issue with those laws in Carolina.
