No. Are you? Why should a therapist decide who should use which restroom.?
Quote:Correct. By letting them use the bathroom of their choice. As Tazzy pointed out to you, Separate but Equal is NOT equal.
Straight men and women also are not allowed to use the restroom designated for the opposite sex. Having common sense laws is not unjust discrimination.
Quote:So we shouldn't make changes in our POV based on the receiving of new information? How very predictably Christian of you. Where do you think they have been using the toilet this whole time Lek? When was the last time you saw a woman in the men's room?
We should make change when change is warranted. We got rid of laws that discriminated against people because of race, for instance. We haven't got rid of policies that don't allow men to receive prenatal care under their medical policies because that would not make sense. I don't know the last time I saw a women in the men's restroom. If I did she probably appeared to be a man. I haven't seen a woman undressing in the men's locker room before. I guess she wouldn't be able to hide the fact that she is a woman (by sex). That probably why women don't go in there.

That's why I'm calling for people to love and respect each other. And that's why I believe there should be a separate facility for people with problems about the sexual segregation of restrooms. Straight people who don't care could also use the alternative restrooms. That way there would also be less of a stigma involved in using it.
