You mean like using the disabled toilets? So basically the same situation as already exists in the rest of the world and before the right wing Christians found out that transgendered people exist. No one uses the other toilets (or restrooms as you Americans call them) to avoid transgendered people. Using the disabled toilets can be good for transgendered people when they have just started transitioning. They may not feel comfortable enough using the toilets of their claimed gender, but do not feel safe in using the other toilets either.
You do realise that America is not the entire world don't you? Here in Europe there hasn't been any scaremongering of transgenders and there hasn't been any problems. There weren't any problems before all the scaremongering started in America either. So why should there suddenly be a concern about rapists when both history and the rest of the world has demonstrated that this has nothing to do with transgendered people?
