After thinking over the issue for awhile, I came to the conclusion that I was mixing the idea of transgenders using the bathroom of their preference, with members of one sex harassing members of the other sex. They are two exclusive situations. In this case, bringing up the one issue served to bring up the other issue in many peoples eyes. So I wish it would never have come up in the first place. In my own mind, at least, it was never about a transgender using the restroom that is most comfortable for them, but rather about sexual predators. Fear can cause misdirected attention. Sorry transgenders.
