A UK TV license is only required for TV's, computers that have a TV card installed and can therefore pick up broadcasts or if you use iplayer. It says on the TV licensing scaremongering crap they send round saying that investigations are in their final stage blah blah blah.
I use youtube and watch netflix, don't have a TV or TV card and don't need a UK TV license. I don't see the point of one. Considering what you can get online, it's now hideously expensive for what it gives you.
