You may not want every idiot to be entitled to a deadly wepon, but every idiot -isn't- entitled to a deadly weapon...so....what are we talking about?  

According to the American Constitution and my own country's laws, every idiot can indeed obtain a weapon. You just have to have a clean record, and in the case of my country, do a psychological test. Which you can repeat at your leisure until you finally pass. Even easier in America where gun shows don't require any background check.

And we're talking of the NRA here and their fear mongering. To advertise the purchase of weapons.
