Thanks all, I feel a little better.
I just saw a lot of people being cruel to each other, not even to me, and it depresses me more than I can say. I don't mean to become despondent, I'm fighting my way out of it right now, going to go cook something from scratch, that sometimes helps me. And some music. And time spent with my kid, she will. help me cook.
