Because that space is required for stars to form, make new atomic elements (required for intelligent life in bodies) and blow up, spewing their contents and new atoms formed in the explosion (required for intelligent life) so that charged nebular clouds saturated with simple amino acids can cool in space and do this @ 4:01...form DNA structures.
