The killing of that agreement is a good thing, to be honest. Because, frankly, a lot of the clauses in TTIP which would give companies control of national sovereignty and allow for increased tax evasion and lesser compliance with laws were also being carried in the Canada agreement.
It would have been kind of pointless killing one without killing the other.
