DEBATE: Frodo Vs Kyu

'What has crossed my mind several times whilst I've been away, is that very recently you (Kyu) refused to debate dagda saying you had no time due to some personal reasons. Now, only days later, if I'm correct, you are suddenly willing and able to debate me. Dagda did actually have a valid reason for debating you, whereas you and I have no issues we have even begun to discuss with each other. Furthermore, you have vehemently expressed your disdain for me at every opportunity.'

Nothing personal but firstly I did say something to the effect of whether I could be bothered when I returned, secondly I didn't say "debate", thirdly I did start a response and thirdly you have no idea why I was gone (life overtook me).

So no, not very odd ... shit happens.

As I don't have any 'resources' it seems a little unfair that you can give me lots of work to do reading through long dissertations when you will not have to suffer the same from me. I'd just rather have your fresh thoughts on the matter in hand.

And that you don't have any resources is my problem? Really Frodo, come on ... why should I be hobbled by the fact that you are (or claim to be) unprepared?

Frodo, I'm, sure you have many criticisms and one of them may well be that I am fixed in my attitude but that is my business (as it happens I disagree, there is a huge difference between being fixed and being methodological).

Don't worry ... I won't be dropping out.
