He literally uploaded a picture of himself in the ER.

According to the Santa Monica FB page:
- they heard about the issue
- they received no report
- they checked local hospitals and found no record of this guy being treated anywhere

I've never been there. Maybe he said Santa Monica but was actually nearby, but outside the city limits, and so went to a hospital that they didn't check, and filed a report with a different agency. That's why I said that a couple days are needed to see if it's real or a hoax. But right now, it's looking like a hoax. No police report. No hospital records. A guy who knows how to fake a bloody scene.
