I'm an equalist. Of necessity, that requires a clear-eyed view of the inequalities in our society, and that includes issues where women get the short end of the stick too.

Yes, women are treated differently by some people but does make it so they don't have the same rights? No that's why feminism is not required.

Yeah, we're going to disagree on this one. Rights are abstract, but one only has them insofar as they are pratically present. Words on paper aren't rights.

"Only" does harm? I think you're overstating your case quite a bit. All it would take to falsify this claim of yours is to find one single instance where feminism has benefitted women.

And stereotypes are generalizations for a reason. You can't get rid of generalizations.
