Sure. It's just a problem when the entire label gets shut down by people like ScienceAF just because he's afraid/offended by it.
Feminism hasn't done anything good lately. So I don't consider myself feminist. Women already have equal rights and blah blah blah.
And a few of those feminists have been ball-biting.
Communism hadn't done much lately, few people rollin' around with Marxist ideas etc.
But a few of them control entire governments and caused wars.
They're both extreme comparisons but hey, it's true.
