I will say I believe that the proposed legislation is not necessary. The government does not need to protect a religious belief(s) any more that any other belief. Or to protect the "persons" ability to apply/in force that belief to others.

True, but this law is not about protecting religious beliefs.  It's about protecting religious bigotry and persecution.

Actually its about enabling discrimination in the guise of religious liberty.  Don't you know jesus always said, "fuck them niggers!"
