When you say money made of humans, you mean like factory farm people bred specifically to be diced into cash or like recycling predead corpses?

Both could conceivably be problematic, but I was mainly thinking of the former.

The latter could be okay given prior consent of the person while alive,or by their relatives after death, alternatively. Of course one could think up a society where certain commodities might depend on doing this against people's wishes just as we do with animals in the current one, but we are not even there with animals right now, I don't think, so that point is moot.

Beyond the idea being rather questionable on some practical levels, I honestly wouldn't care that much; it's dead matter. Sure people would get uppity about it, but people are stupid and will make ruckus about anything that upsets their learned behaviors, people got uppity when they were told they weren't allowed to own humans as property anymore, and I doubt most now would see that as some kind of terrible infringement on the slaver's rights.
Polite treatment of decaying matter isn't a moral concern, it's a learned behavior, a legal question of ownership maybe. I don't care if it looks like nan, it's just stuff. Throw her naked corpse to the dogs, I don't give a shit.
