Well, then someone else will either let them in, or take over their war-torn country and use its resources and its population to build their own military power (*cough*Russia). And few years, or decades down the line - you might be facing the same dark-skinned people - not as helpless refugees, but as soldiers and terrorists, perhaps armed with nukes, taught to hate your guts. You think you're scared of them now? If you had some imagination and knowledge of history and if you cared aboutr the future of your children, you'd realize, that Earth is not a very big planet and that it's important to think about long term consequences of decisions.
