I was concerned about the wacky demographics of some of the refugee groups. I'd be less concerned about women, children and elderly as opposed to males 20-40, which for some reason seemed over represented by a factor of 10X.
 The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.
